Standard (Single-Audio) Players

Projects

In addition to A/B comparison players, SoundToggle supports Standard players — regular audio players with one audio file per track and no toggle switch. Available on all plans.

When to use a Standard player: showcasing finished masters, demos, beats, podcast episodes, or any audio that doesn't need a before/after comparison.

How to create one: On the New Project page, choose Standard Player as the player type, then pick Single Track or Playlist mode and upload one audio file per track.

Differences from A/B players:

  • No toggle switch or toggle labels — just transport controls (play/pause, restart, volume).
  • Analytics show completion rate instead of toggle counts.
  • All the same layouts, colors, fonts, embedding, and portfolio features apply.

A project's type is chosen at creation and can't be changed afterward (duplicating a project keeps its type). To switch types, create a new project.
